ALL SALES FINAL
All items sold through Eir Brunette are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been successfully placed. Every release is produced in limited quantities and handled with care, so please make sure all order details are correct before completing checkout.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms and conditions.
ORDER ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address, contact information, and product selection at checkout. Eir Brunette is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to:
Shipping addresses
Product selections
Sizes or variants
Billing information
Shipping methods
Please review your cart carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Full name used on the order
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement if inventory is available. If the item is sold out or unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Minor imperfections, packaging wear, or slight color variations caused by screen settings are not considered defects.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once orders are shipped, Eir Brunette is not responsible for:
Lost or stolen packages
Carrier delays
Customs delays or fees
Delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
Refunds will not be issued for returned packages.
CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD
Any fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after a confirmed delivery may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
Eir Brunette reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
